CLASS DESCRIPTION
A mix of floor work and experimental work, which are based on fighting monkey exercises, and how to organize our body to move through the space. The class will make our bodies and brains work hard. We will discover our strengths, weaknesses and freedom. Our tasks for a few days will be short exercises to explore how we can push our comfort zone on the floor and with the floor. I will take you on a journey from short tasks, through improvisation, to choreography. As well we will work on your coordination through different tasks. The class will be based on the floor work which I learned and explored in Europe to develop my own methods and want to share with you.
